bajie Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and bajie ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). bajie operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting and live dealer tables to eligible players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all use of the bajie website and any services delivered through it.

These Terms should be read carefully in their entirety before registering or using the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use bajie. bajie reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Access to bajie is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. bajie actively verifies eligibility and may request documentary evidence at any time to confirm compliance. Failure to satisfy any eligibility criterion will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bajie account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, a third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director or contractor of bajie or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of any such person.

bajie reserves the right to close or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility conditions are not being met. Any winnings derived from an ineligible account are void and will be forfeited.

To use bajie's real-money services, you must register an account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. bajie uses this information to verify your identity in accordance with its KYC obligations. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

bajie may require verification of your identity (KYC) before processing a withdrawal or activating certain account features. As part of the KYC process, bajie may request the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of the mobile number used for registration, which must match the number linked to the player's MFS wallet (bKash, Nagad or Rocket).
• A selfie photograph for identity confirmation, or additional documentation where required by bajie's compliance team.
• Source-of-funds documentation where transaction volumes indicate a need for enhanced due diligence.

bajie will store KYC documentation securely and will process it in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until documentation is received and verified.

bajie processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated exclusively through approved MFS payment channels. bajie does not accept cash deposits or payments via international wire transfer.

Deposits

Deposits to your bajie account are processed in real time via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however bajie may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed thresholds set by its compliance policy. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your bajie account and used in gameplay.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same MFS wallet used for deposit. bajie processes the majority of withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be approved. bajie may withhold a withdrawal request pending the completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to technical outages, security reviews, or where bajie suspects fraudulent activity on the account.

bajie offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL and major T20 tournaments. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time it is made available.

In addition to the specific terms accompanying each promotion, the following general rules apply to all bonus activity on bajie:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion details. Bets placed on excluded games will not count towards rollover requirements and may result in the cancellation of the bonus.
• bajie reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively disadvantage players who have already commenced meeting the wagering requirements of an active promotion.
• bajie reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings generated from them where bajie has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has attempted to manipulate or abuse a promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play.

The following activities constitute a material breach of these Terms. bajie will investigate all suspected violations and may suspend or permanently close the accounts of any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. bajie also reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification or the course of using the Platform.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in order to circumvent bonus policies, verification requirements, deposit limits or self-exclusion orders.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the bajie platform to deposit, layer or extract funds derived from criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing bajie staff, support agents or other players in any communication channel associated with the Platform.

Accounts found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct may have their balances voided and forfeited to bajie without recourse. bajie's determination in such matters is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.

All content on the bajie platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of bajie or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bajie brand name and logo are trademarks of bajie and may not be used without written authorisation.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation of bajie content without express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

bajie provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajie disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bajie does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bajie's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bajie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, howsoever arising.

bajie reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bajie will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the bajie platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact bajie support to close your account. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms.
